Consultation Paper Business Tenancies NILC5 (2010)
This Consultation Paper discusses whether business tenancies legislation requires reform because it is making it unnecessarily difficult to do business in Northern Ireland? On the other hand we will also consider whether the legislation still provides the necessary protection for the more vulnerable categories of business tenant: particularly those who do not have professional advice when they are committing to any business tenancy? Interested parties are invited to comment on the questions and issues raised in this consultation paper.
The closing date for responses is Thursday 30 September 2010.
Any responses should be forwarded by email to: rebecca.riordan@nilawcommission.gov.uk
